Across all three days of the exhibition, the stand remained a hive of activity, buzzing with discussions, new ideas and exciting possibilities. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with customers and colleagues from across our global network while sharing our latest innovations and expertise.

Innovation brought to life

At the heart of our stand was our interactive, touch-screen hemisphere display, offering visitors a dynamic way to explore our newest product launches, sustainability credentials, and technologies, all in one engaging experience.

New and featured ingredients

In-cosmetics global provided an ideal platform for us to spotlight a selection of our most exciting new ingredients, including a real treat for #matrixyllovers. Each innovation reflecting our scientific expertise and deep understanding of evolving market needs.

Matrixyl Neolide™

Among our new launches, Matrixyl Neolide marked an exciting next chapter in peptide innovation. Building on the legacy of the iconic Matrixyl range, first introduced in the 1990s, this latest advancement represents a significant evolution in performance and delivery.

At its core is a patented encapsulation technology designed to protect the peptide within formulations and enable a more precise, sustained release once applied to the skin.

This smarter delivery system enhances stability and consistency, supporting visible results consumers can trust. Early clinical insights have demonstrated noticeable firming benefits in as little as two weeks, highlighting both the speed and effectiveness of the technology.

Matrixyl Neolide is also designed with versatility in mind, integrating seamlessly into modern skin care routines, from daily care to more advanced treatments, including post-procedure applications. Its compatibility with techniques such as microneedling further highlights its ability to support skin recovery and boost collagen performance.

Sustainability also remains a key focus. With a high natural-origin content and a significantly reduced carbon footprint compared to previous generations, Matrixyl Neolide reflects our commitment to responsible innovation without compromising efficacy.

SphingoCARE™ range

Another standout at the show was the SphingoCARE range, redefining barrier care from head to toe and root to tip.

Powered by fermentation-derived ceramides and backed by proven scientific efficacy, this range is suitable for skin, body, hair, and scalp applications, across both leave-on and rinse-off formats. Each ceramide is carefully developed to deliver targeted benefits, supporting hydration, repair, protection, and overall barrier resilience.

Aligned with key industry trends including sensitive skincare, skinification, and biomimetic innovation, SphingoCARE™ offers a flexible, future-ready solution. With strong sustainability credentials, including vegan suitability and COSMOS certification, the range supports both brand performance and consumer expectations.

Malvallin™

Malvallin - Smiling woman with light brown skin and dark hair draped in flowing fabric

We were delighted to see Malvallin shortlisted for the Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award – Actives Category at in cosmetics global 2026.

Developed with an elevated, sensorial approach, this exceptional botanical ingredient is designed to support skin longevity through multi-layered efficacy. It works to enhance facial attractiveness, promote naturally fuller-looking contours, and restore a sense of youthful harmony, revealing skin that appears smoother, more radiant, and subtly sculpted.

The shortlist represents the most forward thinking active ingredients shaping the future of beauty innovation. This year’s judges noted the exceptional quality and diversity of submissions, making selection particularly challenging.

Being shortlisted is a strong endorsement of the scientific innovation and advanced formulation potential behind Malvallin™, and highlights Croda Beauty’s ongoing commitment to excellence in active ingredient development.

The Heliami™ Range

Returning to the spotlight, the Heliami range made an impact with exciting new developments.

Following its successful launch, the range has been expanded to include enhanced hair care performance and six additional products, broadening its application potential. Combining organic French sunflower oil with carefully selected botanicals, Heliami™ delivers formulation excellence alongside strong, on-trend storytelling.

KeraBio™ K31

Featured in the Sustainability Zone, KeraBio K31 introduces a more precise approach to keratin production through synthetic biology. By designing a human hair-identical keratin sequence, it moves beyond the variability of traditional animal-derived sources, delivering consistent, high-performance results.

Its exceptional potency enables effective performance at low use levels, reducing material demand, while a 45% lower product carbon footprint compared to animal keratin* provides clear, data-backed evidence of a more advanced approach to sustainable hair repair.

HydroAvena™ HpO

Also showcased at in-cosmetics global, HydroAvena HpO brings together performance and sensoriality in one multifunctional, plant-based complex, derived from oat.

Combining proteins and polysaccharides, it offers proven versatility across both skin and hair care applications. From a performance perspective, it supports moisturisation and helps maintain skin suppleness and elasticity, while also contributing to a balanced skin microbiome.

What truly sets HydroAvena HpO apart is its ability to elevate the sensory experience. In hair care, it enhances the blooming effect of fragrances and delivers a long-lasting scent, while leaving the hair soft and pleasant to the touch. The result is a more immersive, emotionally engaging routine that goes beyond traditional care.

By uniting efficacy with a distinctive sensorial profile, HydroAvena HpO reflects our approach to creating ingredients that not only perform, but also enhance overall wellbeing.

On the left we have Afshan Nayyir-Mazhir presenting “Powering Up Protection: Redefining High Performance Sun Care.” On the right we have Olivier Peschard (Research Manager) and Frederic de Baene (Research Director, Biotechnology) spoke in the Sustainability Zone Theatre on “Sustainable Hero Ingredients: Crafting the Next Chapter of Peptides for Skin and Hair.”

In addition to our innovation displays and sustainability showcases, experts from Croda Beauty took an active role in sharing knowledge and insights with visitors

Technical Seminar

Afshan Nayyir-Mazhir, Market Applications Scientist with over 15 years of industry experience, presented “Powering Up Protection: Redefining High Performance Sun Care.”

Afshan explored how sun care is evolving to meet rising expectations for higher SPF, lighter textures, and proven performance. The session highlighted breakthrough technologies, from advanced film formers and SPF boosting solutions to multifunctional ingredients, that enhance protection while maintaining excellent sensorial appeal.

Through smart formulation strategies, Ashan demonstrated how innovation is shaping the future of sun protection, delivering superior efficacy, elevated aesthetics, and consumer confidence.

Sustainability Theatre Talk – driving sustainability through smarter ingredient design

Olivier Peschard (Research Manager) and Frederic de Baene (Research Director, Biotechnology) spoke in the Sustainability Zone Theatre on “Sustainable Hero Ingredients: Crafting the Next Chapter of Peptides for Skin and Hair” highlighting how performance and sustainability are increasingly linked, particularly for hero ingredients such as peptides and keratin.

Advances in biotechnology, combining renewable feedstocks, fermentation, and molecular design, enabled the development of vegan peptide sequences that replicate human hair keratin, showcased through KeraBio™ K31, a biomimetic, bond‑building solution that replaces animal‑derived keratin.

This approach was supported by GAP Peptide Synthesis (GAP PS), a more sustainable peptide manufacturing technology that reduces raw material and solvent use, minimises hazardous waste, simplifies purification, and avoids CMR substances — demonstrating how high performance and lower environmental impact can go hand in hand.

Both sessions were very well attended, sparking curiosity, engagement, and lively discussion among the audience, reinforcing Croda Beauty’s role as a thought leader in innovation and sustainability.
