Forms elegant cationic skin care emulsions that imparts long lasting, wash resistant moisturising benefits and a soft, smooth skin feel. Applications include leave-on and wash-off conditioners, hair detanglers, relaxer creams, ethnic hair care, hair dyes, skin creams and lotions and shaving preparations.
