Water Liquid Eyeshadow

This Eyeshadow is as light as water. Because it is water-based formula, it is less burden on the eyelids and it offers light finish enough to forget that it is applied. OleoCraftTM HP-31 imparts eye shadow adhesion. Arlacel ™ LC gives a smooth, light feel and is easy to apply to the eyelids. Arlacel LC answers current market demand for sustainable products as it is biodegradable, and vegetable derived (JP0324)
