This liquid foundation is silky and lightweight, with a fine texture and excellent spreadability. It applies easily, provides a natural finish, and feels refreshing on the skin without causing dryness, while adhering well to the skin. The formula uses a single emulsifier, Cithrl™ PGTL, a 100% bio-based WO emulsifier that delivers a stable emulsion system with a lightweight feel. It is easy to use, has strong emulsifying power, requires only a small amount, does not require a co-emulsifier, and can be used in cold-process formulations. Additionally, Cithrol™ PGTL exhibits excellent dispersion properties for inorganic powders, eliminating the need for additional powder wetting and dispersing agents in the formulation. As a polyglycerol-based emulsifier, Cithrol™ PGTL significantly enhances the foundation’s moisturizing properties and skin adhesion.
