This Soft Mango Jelly demonstrates how we can play with Cropure™ Mango Butter in food-like or dessert-like textures.
The OleoCraft™ polymers impart an oil structuring function and Crodesta™ 4IS, a sugar ester, is a multifunctional emollient. Crodesta 4IS is highly compatible with OleoCraft polymers to generate a jelly-like texture. Also, Crodesta 4IS balances the polarity of the system and generate the formulation to be gel. The Cropure™ Mango Butter is rich in natural fatty acids. Being a highly purified grade, it can greatly improve the stability in a long term and the efficacy of the formulation.
