Crodarom® Seafoam

Add to favourites
Sea foam, or sepiolite, is a white mineral that can sometimes be found floating in the Black Sea looking like foam. Sepiolite has been used as soap but also as a sculpting material by Turkish craftsmen. Linked to sea foam, we can trace it back to many legends: Greek with the beauty of Aphrodite or Venus, or Finnish with the souls of the sirens. In all of these stories, sea foam is always a symbol of sensuality punctuated with innocence, or of invigorating and natural charm. With its very white colour and its marine origin, it has been dubbed the Venus of the seas and is seen as a symbol of pure and perfect beauty, like the image of a seductive and radiant woman. Sepiolite contains trrace elementslike magnesium and silicon. These trace elements are essential for our cells to work properly. Magnesium reduces the stress to which our skin cells are subjected and facilitates their optimal functioning. Silicon, on the other hand, contributes to the structure and elasticity of the skin and hair.
