Afshan Nayyir has worked for Croda for over 13 years, and over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a highly experienced formulator who has valuable expertise in colour cosmetics, sun care formulating and sun care claims testing. She currently specialises in presenting at various personal care seminars and working with customers to develop sun care products, and she is very well aligned with consumer needs for sun care. Her expertise, dedication and passion make her a valuable contributor in the personal care industry.

Aline Souza joined Croda in 2014 and is the current R&D Manager for the Photoprotection business, specialising in sunscreen development. With over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry and more than 12 years in R&D for cosmetic formulations, she excels in formulating and substantiating claims in cosmetic products and raw materials. Aline holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Cosmetic Technology. She has presented numerous technical seminars at global cosmetics events, highlighting her expertise and contributions to sun care and personal care products.

With experience across the personal care market, Danielle is responsible for maximising the success of Croda’s global skin care portfolio. By gathering market insights, Danielle is instrumental in the creation and delivery of commercial launch plans for innovative skin and sun care ingredients that meet consumer market trends and customer needs.
